The team at Little Redwoods welcomed our child in the midst of COVID and we have found their support and communication top notch. We've been using an app to do sign-in, sign-out, and daily communications with the staff and they are VERY responsive and organized to track sleeping, eating, etc.
The team goes above and beyond and has organized splash pool time during hot summer days (they keep and change our child out into bathing suits and sunscreen) and even did a walking field trip to a pumpkin patch.
They follow strict protocols to keep out little one safe during COVID times and the support to keep the bubble safe has been well recognized.

My daughter started at Little Redwoods when she was 5 months old and went there until she turned 15 months. The ten months at Little Redwoods was the best time she had and I think she wouldn't have received the attention and love had she gone to any other big scale daycare. Little Redwoods Infant Centre is somewhere between an at-home daycare and a big chain commercial daycare which makes it ideal for this age. The student to teacher ratio is perfect that the teachers are able to focus on every child and meet their needs. Food(formula, whole milk, solids), diapers, sunscreen and diaper rash cream need to be provided from home - Which is pretty standard like a lot of daycares in the area for this age. The fees are bit high - they only take kids up to age 2 in the facility. I felt the high fees was totally worth it because your baby is going to be in great hands. The teachers are kind, attentive, communicative, thorough and very friendly. They communicate and send updates through an app which is also super convenient! The only reason we moved before our daughter was 24 months old is because of the long commute we had to take for dropoff and pickup! We love you and will forever be grateful, Rachel and team

We moved to Danville recently and being a first mom it was very challenging for me to find someone who I can trust to keep after my 11 months old son while I go back to work. I called all the daycares from Danville to Livermore area and little Redwoods infant center was definitely best of them.
Rachel, director of the center, is wonderful. From the first phone conversation I had with her, I realized I’m lucky to find this center. Rachel patiently went over my many questions and concerns and assured me they do their best to make the transition smooth for both me and my son. She was able to quickly schedule a tour for me where our family met teachers at daycare to get familiar with the environment which was super helpful for my son. After that, for few days I put my son for few hrs a day and they were super nice to let me watch my son for entire time from outside the class.
All the teachers are super nice and responsive. They send you photos and updates during the day through an app which is super helpful. They are completely honest about how kids are doing and give you suggestions to make the kids more comfortable at daycare. I can’t be more happy about this daycare and highly recommend it to every parents with little ones.
